Pastor Phil and his wife Inez, moved to Mill Cove, NB in Spring of 2003 to pastor the Mill Cove Church of God as well as to prepare the Mission2 Canada building for school in the Fall.  He directed the Mission and pastored that first year of school and is presently the Assistant Director, part-time professor, maintenance man and he is still pastoring full-time!  He does it all!
